Returns Policy

We will exchange your EarPops™ or refund your money up to 30 days after purchase. Your items must be returned in the original package, unworn. We charge a $1.00 restocking fee for each pair of EarPops™ returned, or 15% for other products.

If the product is defective or we made a mistake on your order (if we sent you the wrong size, color, or item), we will not charge you a restocking fee.

We waive the restocking fee for all exchanges—for whatever reason (ie: it isn't the color you expected, want to change the size or color). We cannot, however, refund shipping charges.

How To Return an Item

Be sure to include the following information:

• A note explaining the reason you're returning the item
• Whether you wish to exchange the item or want a refund
• Your order number (found in the order confirmation email that was sent after your completed your order)
• If you want a refund and you paid by credit card, your card will be credited.
