Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping and handling charge for orders being sent to anywhere in the United States is $1.85 for USPS 1st Class.

Other shipping options are available (in the US) if you want your items faster:
Priority Mail
Express Mail

Priority and Express shipping rates are calculated by USPS (United States Postal Service)

Illinois Tax is 7.250% (applied to all IL orders)

International Shipping Rates

We ship anywhere in the world.

These flat rates apply to all EarPops™ shipped internationally (outside the U.S.):
Each pair: $3.50

Returns Policy

We will exchange your EarPops™ or refund your money for up to 30 days after purchase if you are dissatisfied for any reason. They must be returned in the original package, unworn. We charge a $1.00 restocking fee for each pair of EarPops™ returned, or 15% for other products.

If the product is defective or we made a mistake on your order (if we sent you the wrong size or color), we will not charge you a restocking fee.

We waive the restocking fee for all exchanges—for whatever reason (isn't the color you expected, want to change the size or color). We cannot refund shipping charges.

Send exchanges and returns to Nu-Life, P.O. Box 450, Lawrenceville, IL 62439, along with a note explaining the reason. If you want a refund and you paid by credit card, your card will be credited.
